      Pros

      - Lots of opportunity for both professional and personal growth. - Strong/Friendly peer group. - Flat hierarchy and zero politics. - Honest and straightforward.

      Cons

      Flexible timing, which is a good and bad thing, where the line between work and personal life looks blurry at times. Not sure who to blame -- ongoing pandemic or myself.

      The management would make you work in all the domains of software engineering. They would like to make you jack of all trades.

      Cons

      It is a little difficult to mingle with colleagues as many of them are from Kerala. You would feel separate if from a different state
