The pay was good for the position I held.

Cons

Poor management...from the top to the bottom. The company has existed for 50 years and they still can not get it right. Nothing they say comes true. You work your butts off for nothing. No AC in the working area...just printing. 95 plus degrees in the summer. Supervisors do not know anything. The place is a dump...to much crap all over.
