Great clients, pretty easy going environment (most days), steady income.
Cons
Office managers (QMRPs) and owners fail to follow through with promises they've made to clients, which then lead to increased behaviors. Owners seem to care more about money than their clients they provide services for.
Training is minimal at best, the site I work at doesn't seem to get anything fixed in a safe or timely manner.
You get payed decent, and some of the clients are such sweethearts.
Cons
Employees are dragged in by the promise of good wages and then not trained well enough for the clients they are supposed to help. The employees aren't given chances and worst of all- they discriminate. I was let go because of old self harm scars. I wasn't parading them around. It's impossible to hide them. Clients weren't phased by them, but the direct coordinator and owner were unkind and not understanding in the least.
