Inconsistent schedule. Changes made at a moment's notice. Little to no communication. Management hides behind their decisions by blaming the owner. Excessive and ineffective management, Lame medical benefits. Constant state of not knowing when you will be working coupled with months of unemployment checks that don't pay the bills.
