Pros
I've worked at a few agencies throughout my career, and Hawke has been the best experience by far. The biggest difference is the people. Everyone is genuinely willing to help, collaborate, and celebrate each other's wins. It makes coming to work enjoyable instead of stressful. Instead of feeling like you're constantly being watched or second guessed, managers provide feedback that helps you grow and become better at your job. I've learned more here because I'm encouraged to think strategically and take ownership rather than just follow instructions. The culture is another huge plus. People are approachable, supportive, and invested in each other's success. It feels like a team where your work is recognized and your contributions matter. Overall, it's a place where I've felt valued, challenged in a good way, and given opportunities to continue developing my career.
Cons
Agency life is naturally fast-paced, so priorities can shift quickly and there are times when multiple client requests come in at once. If you enjoy a dynamic environment, it's easy to adapt, but staying organized is important.
