Nothing really, communication could be lacking at times

No balance of work and life, bad morale, high turn over in management and employees. Inconsistent with communication and employee appreciation.

Need to better its communication

Poor management with too many layers. Micromanaged like crazy with several different people telling you different things. Poor communication across divisions. Manufacturing practices are a nightmare, and also have been trying to implement SAP for years with little success. Everything at Haworth is a fire drill and they will not say no to a customer, no matter the size of the order. I would not recommend Haworth to anyone in the supply chain field. Not to mention the commute to Holland from GR is terrible with semi truck traffic, road quality, and constant back ups.

Slow to change, Lack of communication at times

Dont rasie pay for skill or loyalty to company No Incentive to do a harder jobs Poor to no rasies Poor management no communication Lack of pay gaps between jobs

No training, poor communication between teams. Lack of efficient process make getting work done cumbersome. Execs make decisions but are never seen. Hierarchy of teams and clients lead to favoritism.

Communication, is the biggest thing.
