Any attempt to speak up or ask for reasonable support gets brushed aside, making it clear that your well-being doesn't matter. The focus is always on hitting numbers, no matter the cost to your mental health. It's exhausting to constantly navigate the chaos while pretending everything is fine, and over time it really eats away at your confidence. Even the supposedly team-oriented moments feel staged or forced. People watch each other carefully, and cliques form quickly, leaving you isolated if you don't fit in. It's hard to trust anyone when the culture encourages competition over collaboration. The overall environment is so toxic it makes you feel like the stress and pressure are deliberate, almost as if the company takes pleasure in wearing people down.
