Huge turnover due to toxic micromanagement with a general director in total denial and 0 emotional intelligence. A lot of pain but 0 action taken to solve issues. Health Data Hub's mission is of general interest and really interesting but progresses and delivery are made at the full expense of the employees' welfare and mental health.
