Pros
- flexible policies with working from home - very good benefits - comfortable offices with decent amenities The ability to work from home was nice. It was in a fairly easy to reach location. Smoking was allowed, albeit disliked. Benefits were good and the 401k excellent.
Cons
- Leadership is incompetent on all levels - battling business unit syndrome - focus on quantity over quality - uncompetitive pay I worked at this company for five years. During my time there, I watched it go from a wonderful organization to a miserable cesspit. People were very poorly paid, often overworked, and rarely promoted. I, personally, was promoted, twice, so this isn't just sour grapes -- a saw a lot of good talent walk out the door due to low salaries and a lack of concern about ramifications. There were a lot of shady products pitched to clients and you were expected to deliver, regardless of the utility.
