      Good people, lots of room to learn, interesting clients

      Cons

      Little room to grow - in a constant cycle of more responsibilities with little to no upward mobility. Once you were pigeonholed into a role, it was impossible to change roles so the work became monotonous and boring. Little vision for the company other than acquisition, resulting in initiatives to become disorganized or abandoned altogether.
