Pros

Nice people for the most part

Cons

No leadership. The worst company culture ever. No perks or benefits. The CEO doesn’t spend a penny on anything or anyone and rules with an iron fist with no empathy or interaction with his staff. Petty and small-minded with a demoralizing treatment of its employees. There is a daily morning “bedcheck” so the CEO can keep tabs on who comes in on time and who doesn’t as if you were in elementary school. The CEO doesn’t like noise in the office -- his assistant oftentimes “shushes” people who are laughing or talking too loudly, creating an oppressive environment. It’s as quiet as a library with no energy. There are different rules for different employees. Many hard workers are not rewarded or acknowledged and held to very strict “rules,” while others come and go as they please. There is a highly inappropriate personal relationship going on between two senior leaders that makes everyone uncomfortable, yet persists. Forget about a raise or any financial opportunity. It’s just not done. Many have worked for years without any increase. Whatever small perks exist are frequently taken away without notice or communication to the staff -- including the reversal of holidays that were once on the calendar. There is absolutely no HR process or confidentiality. Leadership is lacking and there is no company wide communication about goals, revenue, initiatives, or anything meaningful. The so-called “open door policy” is delusional. When people are let go or there are staff changes - those are also not communicated and are a mystery to those who remain creating a sense of uneasiness and no sense of security. All in all, this is an utterly uninspiring place with a severe lack of humanity and only good for short term stays to get some experience and then move on. There is nothing to stay for, no inspiration, no motivation, no career path, no benefits, no compensation opportunities, no niceties or employee appreciation of any kind, no rewards. Basically, just nothing all the way around.

Pros

nothing to mention at this time

Cons

This company is not aware of employees needs. If they cant take care of their employees ADA needs , how can they think to take care of patients 's and physician's needs in offices around the country. It is very sad to watch.

Pros

The people are very welcoming, smart and nice. The office location in downtown Darien, CT is near great shops, restaurants and Metro North and is very convenient.

Cons

Being on time and present during important project launches for new staff members. Allowing for questions at the outset of a project to ensure project success. Unwillingness in providing answers to project-dependent questions at the outset of the project to ensure goals are met.
