Pros
I started as a team lead two years ago. Executive leadership coached me, poured into my professional development and fostered my growth. It is not an easy task dealing with severely sick patients trying to get services scheduled. But I have been given the tools to succeed. I have been promoted twice. I have a flexible schedule.
Cons
The dealing with the aggressive and pushy vendors that sometimes are right but often times are not; that do not speak to my team in a professional manner. Sometimes they can be very rude.
