      Pros

      I have been here over a decade, and while there have been ups and downs, in all the company is amazing to work for. Great benefits, great events on site and off site, and genuinely care about their employees wellbeing.

      Cons

      Wage could be better, or based on staff experience/length of employment like it used to be.

      Pros

      Amazing benefits - cash plan, good salary, bonus scheme that pays out regularly, onsite gym, free parking, free fruit, flexible working. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the office. Very open culture where you can comfortably give your opinion. Lots of training and development opportunities.

      Cons

      Office is nice but not very practical due to the layout. Not very dynamic when change is needed but is making progress.

      Pros

      The business is large enough to have a punch in the marketplace, but also small enough that everyone quickly knows everyone else. The wellbeing support from the business is very good, a massive change from other employers I’ve had previously.

      Cons

      Going through a challenging digital transformation journey, which is attracting most of the attention. However, as this nears its end then we are starting to see more attention shifting to the usual day-to-day issues.
