      Mid level leadership is great and work with you to grow and become better at your job.

      Cons

      Most leaders do not care about you, I can count on 1 hand the times my bosses boss has said something to our team. No one above that would even care to acknowledge you.

      I enjoyed the people and the culture. I loved the location and flexablity.

      Cons

      Management did not look after the people after the merger and there was a large reduction in force.

      This company is a great company. The employees I work with are top notch, and management (and upper management) treat me with respect and dignity.

      Cons

      Cons is that I won't live long enough to work for this company for 100 years. If I could, I would. Really a great company. feel healthy, and I should be able to work for this company many more years.
