      Pros

      The best place I have ever worked for! The company's mission to help patients access trials is highly motivating. The culture is amazing, everyone is respectful and friendly and all discussions are open, the working environment is fun. Everyone there is highly skilled.

      Cons

      Very sadly affected by the current investment market.

      - Highly skilled and engaged team, everyone works hard and has a great time whilst doing it - Incredibly mission and a strong sense of doing important meaningful work. Patient focus remains very central in all decisions - Transparent. The team is regularly updated on performance, strategy and future plans

      - As with any start up, some degree of ambiguity. Have to be prepared to work with a level of autonomy
