      The only pro I can think of is the hybrid day that can be taken away if you don’t meet your quota The people are nice too

      Cons

      The CEO hasn’t been able to keep an employee for more than 2 years everyone quits Super unprofessional and there is no structure When you try to give feedback nothing changes internally it’s always on his terms what he wants to do The travel is brutal back to back conferences every week for 3 months Small company so the benefits aren’t fully there yet. No 401k. Expected to work past working hours - no work life balance

      I genuinely enjoy working at HealthMerch. The flexibility is real, working remotely is not just a perk they advertise, it is actually part of the culture. Leadership gives you the space to own your work without hovering over you, which makes such a difference. The team is kind and supportive, and you really get the sense that people here actually care about each other. Work-life balance is not just a talking point either, it is something the company genuinely respects, and that means a lot.
