Pros

1. Office is in a nice quiet suburban location. 2. Decent amount of good-natured co-workers.

Cons

1. Company has no clue on how to attract and RETAIN their employees. People are jumping ship like they are on the Titanic, but the company does nothing to figure out and correct why people are leaving. I hope I will be one of the next to leave. It has gotten very bad in the past year. 2. No work life balance. A couple of hours a week is no big deal, but when it's consistently 15-25 extra hours a week, that is a problem. Employees have lives too. This company does not care. 3. This company puts their Clients before their Employees. Big problem. Whatever happened to "if you treat your employees well, they will take care of your clients?" 4. They have people in management who have no business being in a management position.

Pros

This company is currently fully remote, which is nice in the current state of everything. They also promote internally pretty frequently. There are also great program managers on the teams who make the day to day manageable. However, stay here enough and you'll just be trauma-bonded with them.

Cons

This company has never heard of work/life balance, even though they try to preach about it all the time. They overload you with work and say they will "help" but never try to relieve you. It is always on you at all times, but when you ask to do overtime, they'll say no because "you should be able to handle the work." It's an endless cycle that is so detrimental because you'll spend hours doing overtime (paid or unpaid) and no one cares. They are also strict about said "remote" work - essentially, if you're not accessible at all times and answer every single call immediately (despite not being a call center), you will be reprimanded for no reason. Someone previously got fired because she went to the bathroom and was 3 minutes late to a spontaneous (AND not important) Zoom call. Senior management also does not care at all about their employees. They do not stick up for them with the client and blame the program managers for every little thing that goes wrong. We were constantly blamed at all times for things that were never our fault, but because we never were stuck up for, it always fell on us to fix the issues at hand. Everyone was spineless. You are also NOT paid enough for this work, and the benefits are extremely expensive. Tl;dr, this place is not worth it - you, your bank account and your mental health deserve better.
