      Well, If you want to work in one of best it company in ahmedabad, this is the place. Below are the some of pros - Five days job - Decent salary packages - Energetic and dynamic work culture - Challenging work

      Cons

      Every coin has two sides. So in darker side i want to share below points - Improper management of resources and work allocation - Till now don't provide opportunity to work onsite

      only Planning and Team Meetings will pass you 70% of the time

      Cons

      If any conflict between employee and Manager then Senior level managers and Management Level try to help each other even if Manager is wrong. Lot of Nepotism and Favoritism of employees. If you are right and you speak to your manager about assistant manager then your manager will support his/her assistant blindly. Ahmedabad Management is worst I have ever seen.
