Talented individuals but Talent ruined by company's ridiculous policies

Cons
1. No trust in employees. 2. Top management is good but control is given in the hands of few ill-literate biased individuals who would keep a watch on you and won't allow you to even work. 3. You can't use your mobile phone. The mentality here is only people who have spent some time here have an emergency and others are just slaves. 4. Red flags to employees for any and every stupid thing. 5. Employee engagement with upper management is Zero. As an employee, you can't express your thoughts or ideas with top management. 6. Worst part: Company is spending a lot of money and time to keep a watch on employees. That's the reason why you won't feel like working here at times (with the feeling of somebody is watching you always). 7. You would feel like your school days are back. At least for the scoldings and the blaming part. 8. Someone at any given time would invade your privacy or your personal space.
