- 3 different HR managers have come and gone in less than a year, so there typically is no HR to bring complaints/concerns to. - Company has lost ~30 people since I joined, and we're still expected to do the same amount of work as if we had never lost them. - Higher ups burned all good will with the employees and make empty promises when someone has tried to leave. - Routinely dismiss longer solutions beneficial to future operations in lieu of quick solutions

We have lost nearly 80% of the people since Aug 2022 and the Executives still don't understand why so many people are willing to take a salary cut from other places just to leave this company. and Executives still asking for the same amount of work to be done. This company does not have any documentation/comment on the Code Base and the one who knows about the code has already left the company. There is no testing and CI/CD so the codebase quality is extremely bad. Also like other reviews mentions, most of the time we don't have hrs
