Heatcon offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package and all full time employees are eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program. We are fortunate with our growth and profitability, to have been able to offer bonuses consistently to employees for the last several years.
During the last year, a professional Human Resources team has been retained to improve the quality of service to employees and strengthen our management team. We encourage direct employee feedback at all levels with our open door policy, and take workplace complaints seriously.
Since the time of this review, Heatcon has put a very strong executive management team in place to run day to day operations in the business, and has relocated to a new facility. We have invested heavily in setting up the new facility to meet aerospace expectations, and create a safe workplace for all of our employees.
