1) Overall HeidelbergCement Asia pay people very well ... 2) Very structured organization ... 3) There is a lot of Guideline and SOP in place... lots of management tools. 4) People at the workplace is very friendly ...

Cons

1) Working environment is very manual ... 2) Lack of IT system to support the people ... CEO only like to use MS. Excel and don't believe in online platform. 3) Cross-check ... is the only thing you will be doing! 4) You have to be a highly self-motivated person to stay in the office.

Some good work colleagues that tried to work together as a team.

Cons

Too much office politics and cannot save itself because management is too focused on shining shoes and backstabbing one another. Singapore management does not understand business especially this Italian guy, a complete idiot.
