DO NOT WORK HERE. NOT in Any department, its ALL BAD. They suck you in with fake promises and a decent enough salary, but trust me you will be working CRAZY HOURS and be dealing with an even crazier management team. The systems are poor and outdated, there are no processes, information is really hard to find especially since this company has a really high turnover, everyone that had knowledge is no gone, very manual work plus you are dealing with employees who are so angry and bitter. They make the job postings seems so interesting, like you will be doing so much cool stuff, working for a global company, getting to travel...DON'T BUY INTO THIS. This place has such a negative, draining energy, working here will make you hate your life and wish you had never left your previous job. There have been people who have quit after as little as three months after starting that's how horrible it is. Some have turned down the position after accepting it once they were smart enough to find out details of the company from others. Don't let them fool you like they did me now I am stuck working here until I can find another job.

No consideration for pay for performance, very political environment, company is struggling financially (we can't even get properly functioning laptops - some people have laptops that are over 10 years old), senior management team spends too much time competing among themselves and not enough time focusing on sales, constant layoffs due to poor financial performance, constant turnover for lack in confidence in leadership, constant decline in capabilities to sell or facility closures, demoralizing culture, no alignment nor accountability, lack of stability in leadership and structure, constant change without logical direction, poor communication, extreme reliance on email to the point it hurts the company's performance, weak sales leadership and sales reps, year over year without merit increases or opportunity to advance your career, recruiters have a really hard time attracting talent (not surprised). A very challenging environment to work in.
