The company will work each pilot the maximum number of hours (14) authorized by the FAA. They will do this for consecutive days if need be. They minimize and scoff at the effects of pilot fatigue. They hire only the number of pilots needed to meet client demand...and if that can be accomplished in a 13 hour 59 min day...fine. Turnover is high. Crews know they are expendable, and pilots are always seeking the *next* job. No line pilot views Heliflite as a viable, long term career.

Pilots are worked ragged. Pushed hard by management and dispatch. No consistency or predictability. Quality of life near nil. The amount of different aircraft configurations makes it pretty much impossible to stay on top of everything and remain safe. Asked to jump from aircraft type to type in the same stressful day. Honey hole for 2-3 top managers, the rest of the employees are treated like cr*p.
