Pros
Most people work here because they want to do something good for the environment while working for their paycheck. Helio went through some tough times like the whole solar industry, but they came out of it. From my nearly 10 years in solar, they paid the most of any other company for good installers and electricians. We did 4 x 10 hr days too which was awesome.
Cons
Not enough overtime. They limited it to save money which i understand. Also, my new company let's me take the truck home which Helio did not.

I have been with HelioPower for over 7yrs now and am very grateful for them giving me the opportunity. I started out as a Sales Rep and with Management training and mentoring I was able to move up within the organization. The company has an atmosphere that everyone cares about what they are doing and the willingness to go above and beyond. Upper Management empowers the employees and is always investing back in its people.
Cons
Prior Management which is no longer at HelioPower.
