      Pros

      Feels great to contribute so much to fighting the COVID-19 crisis. Amazing team and mission. Poised to lead the population genomics revolution.

      Cons

      Very busy year. Leadership does recognize hard work though.

      Pros

      The science and the mission is real, people will have healthier outcomes. Coworkers are great: humble, positive, smart, hard working (shout out to the SanDiego office) Total comp including all the benefits is good for a startup Ok work/life balance (better than most startups) Still learning lots of neat things

      Cons

      There is a lot of work: as a mature startup there's the older stuff that got us here and the new urgent stuff that makes the future look bright. Hopefully the hardest part (pivot away from an untenable business model and reducing spending) is behind us.
