      Supportive coworkers, but enforced after-hours work is an issue

      Kind and helpful coworkers Managers and team leads actually do work at this company

      Cons

      The biggest con would be enforced after hours work. If the queue hasn’t been wiped by 6, you are faced to stay for as long as it takes until it is finished. No exceptions. No overtime pay either for working after hours.

      Great team, good energy, and leadership that actually listens. The company is growing and there's real opportunity to grow with it. You get to have actual impact here, not just fill a seat.

      Cons

      Things move fast so you're always learning and adapting. Keeps you on your toes but it's never boring.
