Pros

The people and staff of this company is its biggest strength.

Cons

This used to be a better company just a year back but with our new CEO who is quite immature and sulking all the time, instead of finding and correcting issues by taking employees into confidence, he goes into firing mode without realising the impact. And when he is not firing he walks around giving statements which is equivalent to threatening to fire in group forums or critizing people even though he has no iota of what that job is about. I wish the global management will take notice of this behaviour otherwise Mr J will be all alone running the company soon. No one deserves this kind of treatment.

Pros

Good exposure towards the Singaporean market for first time job holders.

Cons

A terrible start-up company for SG with a unprofessional CEO. A lot of micromanaging from the manager and team leaders who have zero empathy & understanding towards the wellbeing of their staffs. Gossipy & Incapable leaders in the organization. Manager here is close minded and does not appreciate new ideas/approach for the business. Actually, zero leadership generally here and it is very prominent especially with the team leads and the senior ones too. No proper onboarding and training provided yet expected to deliver exceptional results from the get go. Not to forget! There is absolutely no career advancement here & no annual salary increment. No proper structure. Zero appreciation/incentives for the staffs. A lot of loop holes found in the employment contract that has been used against the staffs multiple times to have them do tasks that is irrelevant to their respective jobs scopes. Insanely high and unrealistic key performance indicators. Very high turnover rate. Worst of all, the manager and team leads here close an eye for sexual harassment cases. Harassment is generally encouraged here I guess!👍🏼

Pros

Pros? If you have good colleagues then it's good. I can't think of anything else.

Cons

Lack of support from HR, poor training structure for newbies. That's why they are holding newbies up with a mandatory 1 month notice during probationary period, a sign of strong turnover culture in the company.
