      - Having great colleagues to work with. - Flexibility at Workplace (Eg: Working from home arrangement / Flexible working hours etc).

      Cons

      - Unclear HQ Group strategies: Great ambition to double revenue and grow Hempel, however unwillingness to provide resources (Eg: Added headcounts) and in increasing inventories at the stock points. - Key decisions are usually made without seeking opinions from PICs who are the main ones communicating with the key accounts clients on daily basis. -

      Cons

      There has been significant change over the years, coupled with increasing politics at HQ. Lady with licking attitude has got promoted others being fired. Unfortunately, career progression does not always reflect performance, and strong contributors can sometimes be overlooked despite delivering meaningful results. HRs are dancing dolls to 3 Ms in HQ
