      Great Family Company!

      Pros

      Great atmosphere to work in. The company does a lot of things for its employees to give back. They also have a great bonus program that pays out every month. Very family-type environment. Management doesn't micro-manage.

      Cons

      The base pay could be better but the bonus makes up for it.
