Pros

Salary is within the average local APAC market range, though it is the lower side.

Cons

-Extremely reactive corporate culture - no proper internal system for literally every aspect of corporate operation systems. -Lack of structured corproate operation systems, absence of strategic leadership is hard to believe given the long history of Intergraph corporation. -Regional and local management leaders of APAC are not interested in setting up proper internal systems and professional strategies hardly exist.

Pros

Bonus and increments were good during a good year. Flexible working hours. No governance as long deadline is met

Cons

Products are outdated in terms of usability and implementation. Products doesn't improve with technology (still using Excel as a source of data integration. FML) Product performance is slower than anything on Mother Earth. Sales team are strongly favoured even they are selling at discounts one can't find during Amazon's Black Friday. Career progression is almost nil if you are in the implementation team.

Pros

Can't think of any honestly

Cons

Senior executives and management have no vision. Sw is dated and there needs to be massive improvement. Development center is not in touch with the field. You get promoted if you are good friends with the bosses. Doesn't matter if you are qualified or not. HR is non-existent, effectively just personnel managers, they work for management, not the employees.
