      - Friendly enviroment - Junior staff has apportunity to learn

      Cons

      - Managers are more keen about inceasing production than educating the staff - Uneven workload distribution among staff - Below average pay and bonuses - Clear favoritism when it comes to raises and promotions - High turnover rate - Lack of mentorship because senior staff left and weren't replaced. - Senior staff are leaving because of work overload.
