The environment is perfect for individuals who are driven, people-oriented, and willing to put in the effort. Recruitment is not an easy environment, but those who apply themselves can build a rewarding long term career or use the experience as a solid stepping stone into Human Resources. On the internal/operations side, the environment is fast paced and requires adaptability. The team works really well together and will go out of their way to assist the recruiters in achieving their goals. Leadership is hands on and actively involved in the business, The company has a strong infrastructure to support work from home opportunities which still feels connected and included.

Cons

The fast paced and high performance nature of the business can be challenging for new hires who struggle with constructive feedback or are looking for a slow paced work environment. The recruitment environment constantly changes which requires the company to adapt to the market trends, making it hard for people who do not like change or struggles to adapt.

Cons

Micro-management, high turnover, bullying mentality, only employ white staff, if the CEO does not like you - you will know about it, unrealistic targets and payment structure is a scam.
