      Every sales candidate out there should use HireKeep

      Pros

      I work in the Talent division to help match Sales and Marketing Directors along with GM's to various companies in the Hospitality space. It is a new division in the company and I work directly with the CEO. He is one of the most driven people I have ever met and there is no challenge he won't undertake head first. His vision has stayed true from Day 1 and you can see that trickle down into the organization. The company treats each candidate they engage like a client. They really care about making sure that everything is transparent and the process moves very smoothly. It's great to be able to speak to a candidate about a company I know they will love being a part of because it takes the guesswork out of weather they will be successful or not. It's an awesome confidence booster. So far, HireKeep has really kept to its' vision and core values which is rare with fast growing startups.

      Cons

      No cons at the moment, can't think of any. There's only pro's with such great operations. The vision and growth has been motivating and uplifting.

      No brainer for companies looking for efficient sales recruiting

      Pros

      HireKeep's philosophy stems from the perspective that everyone should love their job and makes this a reality through their sales matching engine. Paul, the CEO, is a visionary in the recruitment world and has handpicked a dynamite team. I feel lucky to be a part of it. My role is to work with growing companies directly that are looking to hire sales talent with various experience levels. The effectiveness of our platform and scheduling tech streamlines the matching and interviewing process. It's great to be part of an organization where you can stand behind the product and process that actually delivers.

      Cons

      Start-up life isn't for everyone. You have to really be passionate about what you do and receptive to a very fast paced work environment. Growth creates change and so there is something different to come into week over week, which can sometimes be a struggle but when done right - things get better.

      The worst kind of startup culture

      Startups are fun. Would've been better if this one was run well.

      Cons

      The worst kind of startup culture. Before hiring a woman the employees would pass her social media profiles around to be rated on attractiveness first. One time a highly qualified woman was passed on because she was "kinda chubs." If you're not a frat boy and yes man, they don't want you and you know it. Your opportunities come depending on how much the people above you like you, not how good you are at your job. People talked about each other behind their backs. When I was there the CEO made everyone write fake Glassdoor reviews and reviewed them before they were posted. If every other review looks abnormally cheery - that's why. I was told by a couple of employees that the CEO stole money from them by withholding bonuses and heard he's intimidated others into taking less.

      We appreciate your advice and thank you for providing us with your thoughts. Our positive reviews are just as real as this negative one and thats the truth. You must have worked with us at least two years ago because we all currently work remotely and have a flat org structure so most of what your saying doesnt exist in our company. It seems you still have some grievances, so feel free to reach out to me directly. To anyone reading this: talk to our team for yourself before making assumtions about our integrity and business practices.
