Pros

People at some offices are very nice and hard working. That's about it.

Cons

Where to begin? If you read these reviews and think, these can't be true, they are. The owner is in charge - period. You may be hired with a title, or promised growth, or asked to do something by anyone but her, you need to be ready for disappointment or to get chewed out. Yelling is common, being told how to conduct your personal life, gossip, body shaming, belittling, demeaning emails, being embarrassed in meetings with your peers.... all daily occurrences. Does this sound more like a bad high school bully scene? Bingo! Everyone lives in fear of the "popular" girl, except she is the owner, so not only can she embarrass you, she can fire you, make you work FAR more hours than 40 regularly. Why do people stay? FEAR, or because they have been belittled for so long they forget that they actually have value. So, before you accept a job there - ask the people that are working, do you get yelled at? How many hours do you work? What is the real culture here? When was your last raise? Did you get the bonus you were told you would get? And then get in your car and get the heck out of there!

Pros

Okay pay for the area; should be better for the job.

Cons

One person to do the amount of work of about three people. Asked for help on many occasions and received none and was expected to do all of my payrolls by the deadlines or it is your rear on the line, even if you don't have time. You will get screamed at in front of the whole office, and even clients/customers, if you are in the line of fire, or if you make the owner mad. Unfair and extremely poor treatment of employees. A lot of yelling at the employees, no matter who is around.

Pros

Growth and adding new locations. Some employees are very nice.

Cons

Yelling from the owner, inappropriate slurs, body shaming and pretty much everything you have learned in HR101 NOT TO DO happens here. Everyone is afraid of the owner. She yells and berates everyone that doesn't please her.. Speaks badly of current employees she doesn't like and past employees. Completely immature environment. Hard to believe this place is even in business.
