Pros
You get great pay, and fair compensation for gas money, and the people are honestly amazing. Plus you get to work outdoors and be in nature which is awesome.
Cons
There can sometimes be a lack of initial instruction on how to complete a job, but you can always reach out to Eric for more details. However when you are first starting out you don’t get very many hours, but that improves the longer you stay with the job and improve your rating.
