No opportunity in Hisco

Pros

Esop is a good program, but it has lost more than a quarter of its value in the last 2 years. There really isn't a lot of good reasons to work at Hisco. It used to be good, but now, with all the Executives they have hired, it's all about them getting more and more money while the Company suffers and lays people off.

Cons

No opportunities unless you are buddy-buddy with the Executives.

Pros

Decent pay depending .., Helpful and nice co-workers

Cons

Only valued If you're in sales which is not open to all races. Human Resources can only assist you with paycheck & insurance issues, any other problems or concerns will not be addressed therefore, HR is not even needed,

Pros

ESOP but the percentages will be going down. 401 k whether you contribute or not but we’ve heard that is changing too.

Cons

Job insecurity, secrecy, favoritism, nepotism. You never know when layoffs are coming and it’s done to meet the financial goals for the year. Less salary less spend.
