Pros
Since nothing is organised, you can work on what you like. Or you can not work, if that's your thing, nobody will really notice, except if you become active on FB, where management spends their day.Country managers/salesmen are great people, so if you get the chance to join them, you will have fun.
Cons
Virtually non existant management, no coordination. Management is only there to tell you you're doing ok, but could use improvement, without actually knowing at all what you do. Salary is mediocre and has more to do with how you negotiate than with what you give to the company. Accounting is lazy, management is inexperienced. Country managers are great people, so if you get the chance to join them, you will have fun. Devs are also nice. A bunch of great people with really bad management. They claim to have a company culture and values, but actually do not. If there's no management, or if management sets a poor example, how can there be?
