There are absolutely no pros here at all.

Cons

- Management sets unrealistic and impossible expectations - Employees are pushed to meet demands that cannot reasonably be achieved - Failure to meet expectations results in immediate termination - Lack of fairness or flexibility in performance standards - No effort to adjust goals to realistic conditions - Work environment feels unstable and punitive - Employees are not treated as valued contributors - High pressure culture that quickly becomes overwhelming

Pros

Paid training, paid holidays and paid sick days off.

Cons

Every employee is under the mercy of their managers. It's either they get their contract renewed or not and that depends on the manager! Everyone has to find their own way of sucking up to them and this was the reason the work culture is so toxic! Most people are fake, spreading lies and gossip. It's horrible!
