      Good company except for a couple of bad managers

      Pros

      Good company with a lot of challenges to work through Upper management can be be very receptive to feedback sometimes Quality of work is something that you'll not find in a lot of companies

      Cons

      Not all managers are adept to do their job, they rather want to get by, by trying to blame juniors for their mistakes and delays, and as a manager it's really your fault if you can't manage you team and their deadlines properly Lack of ownership and accountability by certain manager (unnamed) I would have given a higher rating to the company if only it wasn't for the impossible number of fake reviews and just the CEO is straight away denying them openly Policy of asking employees to put a good review immediately after they join so no cons can be mentioned Dedicated team to put fake reviews which are beyond obvious to anyone who's worked here. Immoral and borderline manipulative approach to resolve conflicts between the managers and the rest of the team

      Beware of this company!

      Nothing which I can think of.

      Cons

      There is a non-ending list! - Hiver is a company who only think about themselves and does not care for the employees. - They think giving free food is a perk! - The senior members don't know how to manage people and teams. - No matter how much effort an employee makes, these people will NEVER appreciate. - They will promise something at the time of recruitment, and do exactly the opposite after the employee joins. - This company is so fake that they have put reviews from fake profiles on glassdoor. They have done the same thing on Quora as well. so, all the positive review you see here is actually added by a specific team inside Hiver. - The heads starts badmouthing people who resign.

      Average company. Filled with fake Glassdoor reviews.

      Pros

      1) Just another Bangalore tech startup. Better quality work than Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc in general. 2) CEO is really good and single handedly running the company.

      Cons

      1) No job security. 2) CTO/Cofounder is the most incompetent engineer/manager I have ever met. 3) Very weak financials, never made any profit, never will make any profit. Investor funding stops, then it's game over. 4) Head of Sales is just a pathetic human, people have quit on the stop for him calling them names and berating them.
