      Fantastic colleagues and fair pay

      Cons

      Engineering team is top-notch, but constantly pivoting on deliveries, products, and strategic outlooks every other month has left the company feeling a bit rudderless.

      Pros

      Colleagues are great. Everyone is ready to help out, willing to teach and also learn from each other. Technology has great potential and the problems they set out to solve are really interesting and important.

      Cons

      Culture has taken a major hit over time. Layoffs are never fun. Mgmt decisions, as communicated, frequently feel reactionary and haphazard, rather than planned and calculated.
