So, when they give you training, they will provide you with materials like documents and videos you have to watch them by sharing your screen and keeping your camera on (one of the most uncomfortable thing) you have to keep you camera on all the time while your training is on. After you're done with your training you'll be clueless about what is your role in this company it will take you sometime to understand. Working hours are 10am to 7pm but they'll force you to extend till 12am too, and on a Saturday 10am to 2:30pm they'll still force you to extend work, one of the co-founder of the company is very disrespectful, the person is not at all polite to the employees, the person make us work as if we are the person's slave. They under pay you as well. There's really nothing good about the company, all you guys will get is depression. People like us who have no other option have to go through all these.
