Decent Snacks, some nice employees

Favoritism/ Inequality and empty promises from the upper management is a norm here. If you are not a phony person, and can not pretend that you like your job, your boss & working with some nasty employees , you won't last long here. On the other hand, if you are "a phony individual, who loves to spy on other employees and pretends that he/she is super friendly, you are going to be a perfect match for the firm. No practice of ethics what so ever.
