Pros
Decent insurance benefits and they do give you opportunity for commissions.
Cons
Hourly pay is way too low in my opinion. Not much flexibility for your schedule or if a life event happens. They really count on you during bad weather because that’s when they’re the busiest so if you are scared to drive in snow- keep that in mind.
