Value employees and willing to not only listen to suggestions for change, but put those changes into action when possible. Listen to the voice of our customers - always looking to improve customers experience and make it easier to bank with us

Cons

Due to size regulated more closely than smaller community banks so more centralization of support functions to ensure consistency which can be frustrating to employees and customers at times.
