Pros

Easy hours, interesting items to sell

Cons

Customers can be needy. Passive-aggressive coworkers (not my style) who by turn ascribe this trait to you, even when you're not. Store manager can be rough around the edges and petty in customer and employee interactions. I dissociate myself from this. It really boils down to whether the store manager likes you or not. Really bad to tinker with livelihoods like this. People have been there 8 yrs with no raise. Not exactly a company that takes care of its people. They got sued for not paying overtime to employees. Don't expect career enhancement here. One sales associate previously worked as a bouncer at a strip club. Explains a lot. I do not recommend working here. Very distasteful culture and management.
