Pros
None, it was either a bad start up or outright scam.
Cons
Back in May 2016, I saw Craigslist ad about the "OCA" or Online Client Advisor position and I applied with $595 deposit required. They were supposed to send me the starter kit within 3 business days. I was lucky though that I used a credit card to pay the deposit and that's the ONLY reason I decided to apply for the position at the time in case I would need to reverse the charge. I knew if it took longer than 60 days, my bank would give me harder time to recover funds, and at about 55 days since I paid the deposit, I disputed the charge and my bank reversed the charge. They did nothing in that 55 days only to keep replying to me with templated emails with other recipient's name still embedded in the body of the email. Looks like they were just copying and pasting the same email back to everyone who complained about them not doing anything.
