-employee focused culture, with professional and kind people -leadership team is excellent in their fields and truly care -excellent bonus and compensation model -best benefits you can find -35 hour work week -beautiful office space and convenient -flexible hybrid schedule

- Purely results driven - Culture feels like the only thing they care about are metrics, which is fine, but they pay ~20-30% below market rate for a culture that is slowly eroding
