made some good friends, company provide good staff benefits/perks

Cons

toxic environment, worked alongside fake colleagues - but more so, the senior management are fake. they will smile and appear to support/understand you but a sinister plot is already brewing and by the time you'd realize, it'll be too late.

Nice office space in a good location, market leaders, innovative products & incredibly smart people.

Cons

Incompetent leadership and unrealistic promises. Management over promise & under deliver due to their terrible decision-making. Their products are great & innovative (AVM, HIS etc), but they struggle with staff retention due to a lack of respect, career prospects and poor compensation. Anyone with an ounce of self-respect for themselves & their careers should avoid this company and look elsewhere; all you’ll be compensated with here is disappointment.

Good coworkers in a small business. Good products which are well pitched to the market. Recognition for when a job is well done. Small office environment with a casual but strong work ethic and flexible working conditions.

Cons

Leadership not inspiring. Office environment due to leadership could be challenging. Not many career opportunities due to size of business. No HR to temper management excesses. No clear corporate vision.
