Alot of playing favoritism with employees, and lack of consistent training, unnecessary drama and negative attitudes from many people, can't keep new hires and always underhanded

Being a former employee with Honda lock of Georgia I have to say it was the worst experience of my life I was terminated due to a safety violation 1st time offense That I might add that everybody in the warehouse does on a daily basis. I am not denying the safety in fraction I did it but instead of being spoken to or a write up went straight termination for a minor violation. They don't seem to care about the people that are violating cellphone policies and even vaping in the warehouse that stuff can go unpunished.. And it's not just in the warehouse it's also on the production floor people are on their telephones making telephone calls and having conversations. And playing games and texting. If you happen to be one of the lucky chosen few that the production management team lthat ikes you then there's no problem. But if for a reason they have a reason not to like you you'll be fired
